Riding

I have recently enjoyed exploring the station on horseback! One of the guys that was here for mustering left his horses and so its been wonderful to get out and ride. Last week I helped to take out a herd of weaners, today I took Lesley for a bush ride and led her on little Mac. So nice to be on a horse again.

seed pods

Im not sure what this plant is yet, I must look it up. I really like the colour

 & seed pods, we picked a little branch on our way to Karijini and it dried 

out in the car and made a great little subtle maraca.

Pondering

A beautiful peaceful morning over the dune from our campsite

 along the Ningaloo Reef, it was nice to ponder, 

draw and read my bible in such a lovely setting!

 I haven't painted in acrylics since maybe first year uni, it was fun to get into it a few months ago, haven't done any since though!

Kennedy Ranges, one of the best weekends away this year! Such a nice little camping spot with some amazing rocks!

Mustering

Mustering...its been happening for nearly two months now here 

at Lyndon Station, I've been lucky enough to get out in the bull

 buggie a few times, drove it for the day & helped out in the yards

a few times. Its certainly an interesting place at the moment with

 many people coming and going.

Finally the next post!

There's been so many things happening lately that i hadn't had the chance to update my blog! I went to Coral Bay with my family over the holidays & then again a few weeks later. Was a great chance to enjoy using my kayak! I've been on a trip away nearly every weekend this term so many posts to come from the adventures around the station & this area.
